BIO-HEPR
FAQ
- Fully synthetic hydraulic oils based on renewable base stock (bio-PAO)
- Readily biodegradable according to OECD 301D (> 60 % within 28 days)
- Excellent thermal and oxidative stability
- Superior EP (Extreme Pressure) and AW (Anti-Wear) protection
- Good compatibility with materials used in hydraulic systems
- Low volatility, reducing oil losses and maintenance costs
- Designed for mobile, industrial, construction and agricultural hydraulic systems
BIO-HEPR oils are suitable for mobile and industrial hydraulic systems operating under high pressures and varying temperatures, construction machinery, forestry and agricultural equipment, and applications requiring environmentally friendly hydraulic fluids in sensitive ecosystems.
- ISO VG 32 – BIO-HEPR 32
- ISO VG 46 – BIO-HEPR 46
- ISO VG 68 – BIO-HEPR 68
BIO-HEPR oils are designed to meet or exceed the performance requirements of ISO 15380: HEPR and ISO 6743-4 for hydraulic lubricating fluids.
Apply using standard hydraulic system filling procedures. When switching from another hydraulic fluid, the system should be drained and, if necessary, flushed to ensure compatibility.
Yes. BIO-HEPR oils are readily biodegradable according to OECD 301D (> 60 % within 28 days). They are based on renewable bio-PAO base oils and formulated to minimize environmental impact while maintaining high performance.
Available packaging: 1 L, 5 L, 10 L, 20 L, 60 L, 200 L and 1000 L. Availability may vary depending on the viscosity grade.
