Biosoft 750
FAQ – BIOSOFT 750
BIOSOFT 750 is used as a plasticizer and viscosity modifier in rubber formulations where higher viscosity and improved compound stability are required, such as tire compounds and technical rubber goods.
The product is compatible with a wide range of elastomers, including NR, SBR, and EPDM, and is particularly suitable for highly filled or heavy-duty rubber compounds.
Thanks to its very high viscosity (675–825 mm²/s), BIOSOFT 750 provides enhanced thickening, improved filler binding, and better cohesion within the rubber matrix compared to conventional low-viscosity plasticizers.
BIOSOFT 750 improves compound cohesion, elasticity, and filler dispersion due to its very high viscosity. It contributes to better mechanical stability and processing behavior, especially in highly filled or heavy-duty rubber formulations.
