What is ECOSLIDE 68?

ECOSLIDE 68 is a high-performance, biodegradable slideway lubricant based on synthetic esters. It is specifically developed as an environmentally friendly alternative to conventional mineral-oil-based slideway oils.

What is the recommended service temperature range?

Recommended operating range: -20 °C to +80 °C. Short-term peaks up to 110 °C.

How should ECOSLIDE 68 be applied?

Apply using conventional lubrication equipment. Ensure compatibility with seals, paints, and coatings. When converting from mineral oil, drain the system and flush if necessary.

Is ECOSLIDE 68 environmentally safe?

Yes, it is readily biodegradable (OECD 301D > 60% within 28 days) and designed to minimize environmental impact.

Biodegradability in 28 days	Biologically sufficiently rapid decomposition of oil without effect on fauna and flora. Biological decomposition monitored by dissolved oxygen analysis over 28 days. > 60
