PREMIUM Hydraulic Oil (HEES) Arctic
PREMIUM Hydraulic Oil Arctic is the first class fully synthetic hydraulic oil from saturated esters. It provides excellent high pressure and temperatures properties, multiple extendibility of change intervals and it is neutral to all kinds of sealings. It has a great cold-exposure characteristics. Produced at viscosity classes of ISO VG 15, 22, 32 and 46.
Characteristic features:
- Great lubrication performances;
- Special pour point depressant;
- Great cold-exposure properties;
- Excellent thermos-oxidation stability;
- Easily biodegradable according to OECD 301 D;
- Good compatibility with sealing materials, paints and hoses;
- Great protection against rust and corrosion;
- With non-foaming additives
Areas of application:

Parameters
| Kin. viscosity at 100 °C | 9,6 cSt |
|---|---|
| Flash point | The lowest temperature at which enough vapor escapes from a heated sample above its surface into the air that the resulting mixture of vapor and air ignites when an auxiliary flame is brought close to it and then extinguishes again. >220 °C |
| Pour Point | The pour point of a liquid is the temperature below which the liquid loses its flow characteristics. <-55 °C |
| Viscosity index | The viscosity index (VI) indicates the change in kinematic viscosity of oils with temperature. A higher VI means less change in viscosity with temperature. BIONA bio-oils with a VI of up to 220. >230 |
| Biodegradability in 28 days | Biologically sufficiently rapid decomposition of oil without effect on fauna and flora. Biological decomposition monitored by dissolved oxygen analysis over 28 days. >60 |
| Base oil | Synthetic oil |
| ISO-VG viscosity classification | ISO VG 46 |
| Kin. viscosity at 40 °C | The viscosity of a fluid is a measure of its resistance to gradual deformation by shear stress or tensile stress. 46 cSt |
| Density at 15 °C | 900-940 kg/m3 |
